    Call BlueCarpet at 1-866-529-1675 and provide your information, then say “Navigator” to get access to the Navigator Financial Guidance  services and speak with a financial professional.

    Visit liveandworkwell.com to find financial planners on your own or read information that may help.

    Keeping track of your healthcare spending has never been easier. U.S.-based Crewmembers and dependents enrolled in JetBlue Medical can use Engage, a personalized wellness app designed to simplify every part your healthcare journey. Use Engage to see what you’ve paid toward your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum, check your health account balance, access a breakdown of your claims and spending history from the past two years and more.     See a personalized view of your JetBlue pay, health and retirement benefits, work-life perks, travel, rewards and other programs at jetblue.ehr.com.

    Navigator.

    Call BlueCarpet at 1-866-529-1675 and provide your information, then say “Navigator” to access Financial Guidance services which includes two free 30-minute calls (per issue per year) with a credentialed financial professional for guidance on debt consolidation, mortgage issues, investment planning, tax questions, budgeting and more.

    You can also use Navigator’s Counseling services if you need support for stress and anxiety caused by your finances.

    Visit liveandworkwell.com to find providers, services and information on your own, or use Virtual Visits for video chat counseling sessions. Log on anonymously with the code: JetBlue or register and establish a Health Safe ID to view your specific benefit and claims information.

    BlueRetirement 401(k).

    BlueRetirement, administered through Empower, is the name of your 401(k) Plan at JetBlue, which includes a comprehensive retirement plan and offers a great way to save for the future. JetBlue offers all Crewmembers the option to enroll in the BlueRetirement 401(k) Plan.     Did you know?

    In times of serious financial crisis, the JetBlue Crewmember Crisis Fund (JCCF) is a non-profit program set up to help Crewmembers with financial support when other resources aren’t available. The fund can be used for past due mortgages or rent, utilities, transportation, food, clothing, medications and medical equipment.
