If you’re enrolled in JetBlue Medical, you have Behavioral Health coverage through either Anthem BlueCross BlueShield or Centivo to help you and your dependents manage a mental health condition. All services are completely confidential.

Coverage for Mental Health through your Medical Option includes access to Anthem’s or Centivo’s provider network of licensed and certified professionals, counselors, psychiatrists and social workers, and treatment facilities for both inpatient and outpatient services for a wide range of mental health issues. You can connect you with covered resources and services for:
Your provider can submit claims to your Medical Business Partner—either Anthem or Centivo. When you schedule your appointment with your provider, provide them with the information on your Anthem or Centivo Medical ID card. If you’re working with an out-of-network provider and need help filing claims, reach out to members services at either Anthem or Centivo.
Mental Health services will be processed by Anthem and will apply towards your JetBlue Medical deductible and coinsurance.
Additional services: Through Anthem, Behavioral Health Resources include clinical care management for depression or complex behavioral conditions.
You will also see an option for Walmart Health Virtual Care (WHVC). Walmart Health Virtual Care helps Crewmembers with non-emergency medical and behavioral health issues either by phone or secure video, 24/7/365, including weekends and holidays. WHVC is being offered to you at a rate of $49.95 for virtual urgent care and $76 for 50-minute talk therapy visits.
