The basics.

If you’re enrolled in JetBlue Medical, you have Behavioral Health coverage through either Anthem BlueCross BlueShield or Centivo to help you and your dependents manage a mental health condition. All services are completely confidential.

How it works.

Coverage for Mental Health through your Medical Option includes access to Anthem’s or Centivo’s provider network of licensed and certified professionals, counselors, psychiatrists and social workers, and treatment facilities for both inpatient and outpatient services for a wide range of mental health issues. You can connect you with covered resources and services for:

ADHD
Alzheimer’s and dementia
Anger
Anxiety
Autism Spectrum Disorder
Bipolar disorder
Depression
Eating disorders
Grief and loss
Obsessions and compulsions
Phobias
Stress
And so much more

Your provider can submit claims to your Medical Business Partner—either Anthem or Centivo. When you schedule your appointment with your provider, provide them with the information on your Anthem or Centivo Medical ID card. If you’re working with an out-of-network provider and need help filing claims, reach out to members services at either Anthem or Centivo.

How to access Anthem Behavioral Health services.

Phone: Call the Anthem Behavioral Health Resource Center (1-844-792-5141) to connect with experts who can help you learn more about your coverage, simplify the process of searching for mental health services along with in-network providers, and identify resources to fit your needs.
Virtual Visits: You can get connected with a provider in person, but if you would prefer to conduct your visits virtually, you can do so through livehealthonline.com. LiveHealth Online provides access to therapists, psychologists and psychiatrists who can provide treatment plans and medication, if needed. Note: The LiveHealth Online coupon code does not apply to Behavioral Health coverage, only Medical visits.
Find Care: Go 24/7 to engage-wellbeing.com to search for a list of mental health providers, view guides and articles, and find resources on mental health. You may also find in-network providers on the Engage Wellbeing app.
Your Member Information: Providers will need to call the phone number on the back of your Anthem ID card to verify coverage. You will need your JetBlue Medical Group ID number (270159) along with your subscriber ID number.

Mental Health services will be processed by Anthem and will apply towards your JetBlue Medical deductible and coinsurance.

Additional services: Through Anthem, Behavioral Health Resources include clinical care management for depression or complex behavioral conditions.

How to access Centivo Behavioral Health services.

Online: Begin by searching Centivo’s online provider directory at jetblue.centivo.com. If you are unable to find a provider, please call Centivo Member Care at 1-855-521-8155.
Phone: Centivo Member Care team members have access to additional resources that may help to find a behavioral health provider that may not be listed online. Centivo Member Care is available at 1-855-521-8155, Monday-Friday from 0800 – 2100, ET.
Virtual Visits:
When searching for behavioral health providers, you will see the option for virtual mental health care with Array Behavioral Care. You can access virtual psychiatry, behavioral and mental health talk therapy, and medication management services through Array. Appointments with mental health specialists, ranging from counselors to psychiatrists, can be scheduled in 2-10 days with no referrals required. Click here to learn more. There is a $50 copay for this service.

You will also see an option for Walmart Health Virtual Care (WHVC). Walmart Health Virtual Care helps Crewmembers with non-emergency medical and behavioral health issues either by phone or secure video, 24/7/365, including weekends and holidays. WHVC is being offered to you at a rate of $49.95 for virtual urgent care and $76 for 50-minute talk therapy visits.

Centivo recognizes that it can be a challenge to find behavioral health services. Centivo is committed to making every effort to find a quality, in-network behavioral health provider that suits your needs. If you are having trouble with finding a provider for your needs, call Centivo Member Care and they can assist you.
If Centivo approves you to see a non-network provider, you will only be responsible for the in-network copay for behavioral health services.
