    Testing.

    The COVID-19 test (including the visit to get the test) is covered at 100% for Crewmembers and dependents enrolled in JetBlue Medical (Blue and Green Options). The visit includes both in-network and out-of-network office visits, urgent care centers and emergency room visits that are required to receive testing. Additionally, FDA-approved antibody tests ordered by a licensed medical provider are also covered at 100% for Crewmembers and dependents enrolled in JetBlue Medical (Blue and Green Options). You and your covered dependents will not need to satisfy the deductible or out-of-pocket maximum. The deductible and coinsurance will still apply to any additional treatment or support care needed.     Vaccines.

    Currently, the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine has full FDA approval—and Moderna and Janssen COVID-19 vaccines have been approved by the FDA under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). Crewmembers and dependents enrolled in JetBlue Medical (Blue and Green Options) can receive COVID-19 vaccines that have full or EUA approval, covered at 100%.

    Crewmembers and their covered dependents won’t have out-of-pocket costs—deductible or coinsurance—for the vaccine during the national public health emergency period (until October 17, 2021). This applies to authorized locations distributing the COVID-19 vaccination.

    If an FDA-authorized COVID-19 vaccine requires two doses several weeks apart, you will need to get your second dose in the given time frame after your first dose. If you’d like to learn more about the vaccines, visit the CDC’s website.

JetBlue’s Medical Options cover annual physicals, preventive screenings, flu shots and more at 100% with no deductible when you use in-network providers. Remember, you and eligible dependents can earn Healthy Rewards for completing many preventive services.
