How to Enroll

Enrolling in your benefits is fast and easy. Just follow these steps:

Go online.

Log onto the BlueCrew Self Service (BCSS) intranet site and click on “My Life and Career,” select “Benefits” then “Benefits Enrollment” from the menu on the left.

Review current elections.

Select “Benefits” then “My Benefits” link to view current plan elections (if you’re not new to JetBlue).

Enter or update dependent information.

Select “Benefits” then “My Dependents” to add, edit or remove eligible dependents. Remember, you may only cover eligible dependents.

Choose your benefits.

  • During the year: Go to Making benefit changes for more information on qualifying life events.
  • New Crewmembers: Please refer to the New Crewmember page for more information and instructions.
  • During Open Enrollment: Click “Benefits Enrollment” then “Open Enrollment.” You must enroll in, update or waive each plan individually if you are making changes for the following year.

Confirm your elections.

To make further changes, select the plan you want to edit, select the plan you want to enroll in and click “Add to Cart.” To confirm your selections click “Proceed to Checkout and Submit Cart.” A Benefits Confirmation Statement will automatically be emailed to your JetBlue email address.
